Guidelines
The Nina Toastmasters six week schedule is an especially vital part of club activity, helping to ensure that all members have ample speaking opportunities and are able to schedule their speeches when desired. The Nina Toastmasters schedule is prepared by the VPE, who also oversees club contests, and is responsible for the mentoring program.

We meet at Merrill Gardens Activity Theatre, 1350 Suey Road, Santa Maria, CA 93454, every Thursday from Noon to 1:15 pm, except holidays.
We strive to ensure that everyone has an opportunity to hone their speaking skills in a positive and supportive atmosphere at each meeting.
The speaking opportunities include a consistent variety of roles for members to practice communication skills and gain experience.
The mission of a Toastmasters club is to provide a mutually supportive and positive learning environment in which every member has the opportunity to develop communication and leadership skills, which in turn foster self-confidence and personal growth.
