Six Week Schedule

Guidelines

  • Speaking spots are given to members who sign up at the meeting, which encourages attendance and participation in the club. Icebreakers and new members have priority for speaking positions;
  • Any speaking positions or roles not filled, are filled by the Toastmaster for the coming meeting only. The Toastmaster is encouraged to verify and contact each member by phone;
  • The 6 week schedule is printed from the website, passed around for signups at each meeting, and updated on the website at the conclusion of each meeting;
